Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe
ToneOp Care accepts cancellation requests before the products are shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Please note that our cancellation window extends until the point at which the order is prepared for shipment. After this stage, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Process
  • For cancellation, click on the order tracking link received with the order confirmation message and select Return. Enter the required details and confirm the request. You can also connect with our customer care team:

    Our team will review your request and proceed if the order is eligible for cancellation. You may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes.
  • Refund Process
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
